It iswas an informal gathering of friends of GSSG but we also canan opportunity to bring youmembers up to date on the hydro-electric project at Goring weir; and on research into the acceptability of a car club in Goring and Streatley and many activities which will happen in the New Year. Talk on the 'Renewable Energy from Crops' by Dr. Rebecca Heaton of BP. This was a controversial subject and the talk provided an opportunity to hear both sides of the argument.
