to maintain or improve the physical, social, community and economic infrastructure within the parishes of Goring, Oxfordshire and Streatley, West Berkshire ("the Area");

to advance the education of people and organisations within the Area to live and operate sustainably, such that they do not compromise the ability of future generations to meet their own needs;

to provide an opportunity for public-spirited people and organisations within the Area to contribute financially to the community, with the expectation of a social dividend, rather than personal financial reward;

to provide an opportunity for community-spirited people to contribute financially to local not-for-profit developments, with the expectation of a lower financial return than traditional commercial projects;

to consider and if thought fit, distribute income from the Group's activities to sustainable initiatives within the Area;

to consider and if thought fit, to distribute income from the Group's activities to asset-based community developments and enterprises within the Area with a community or environmental focus;

to consider and if thought fit, distribute income from the Group's activities to adjacent or associated communities enabling them to pursue similar activities, subject to critical examination of each venture and their likelihood of success.
